With experts warning that there could be a double-dip recession emerging higher unemployment rates are to be expected. There are a lot of people out there who seem to always be stuck in this viscous cycle that they cannot get out of. They struggle with debt. They have a job that does not reward them well for their hard work. Family life seems to be a struggle.
