You’ve learned how to find them.  You’ve learned how to attract them.  And you’ve learned how to optimize your profile, so that they’ll want to contact you.  All that’s left is to learn how to how to “speak” to them.  Although Twitter is a rather informal social media platform, being too informal could turn a recruiter off; on the other hand, being too polite may make them think that you just don’t get it.  The following are a few tips to follow when interacting with recruiters.

Social Media: How to Attract Recruiters using Inbound Marketing, Part 3 of 4

In part 1 and 2 we covered the basics.  We covered how to optimize your profile and how to find the recruiters once your profile is optimized.  Now, it’s time for the heavy lifting.

Attracting recruiters to your profile isn’t easy.  There are millions of profiles out there just like yours, and, more importantly, the tools for searching these profiles aren’t as advanced as most recruiters would like.

There are, however, a few things you can do.  Below is a list of my favorite tactics for helping others get found—quickly.  Add any other inbound techniques that work on Twitter to the comments section.
