Have you let your networking meetings slip?  Do you need to inject some new blood into your weekly routine?  Check out an extensive list of groups published by job-hunt.org, organized by state, by clicking here.

Why go to these meetings?  Networking is the number one tool to use in your job search.  Once you go to these meetings and start establishing relationships with members of the group they are more than willing to help you.  After all they are in the same boat!  You never know who is going to be able to connect you with that next important resource and it could be the difference between getting looked at instead of being placed in the discard pile.

Plenty of information on conducting the job search, job sites, and career resources.  The home page has even more information that can be useful but is not specifically targeted at the older job seeker.
