It’s Still A Job!

Yes working from home is a huge convenience. Gone will be the days of being late for work (unless you seriously oversleep), of hurriedly rushing out the door and struggling to pick outfits. It is certainly easier to keep your home in order but make no mistake that working from home is a real job that requires your attention and a high level of discipline. You cannot get tons of things done during your day in addition to your job and you cannot watch a toddler and expect to give enough attention to your work. When you’re at home you are surrounded by distractions, chores and comforts that don’t exist in a remote workplace. Resisting these and focusing 100% on your work is one of the biggest challenges for a work at homer.
