Rosa is a Human Resources Professional with over eight years’ experience in the educational and government sectors. As a human resources professional, Rosa led the human resources functions of a growing primary and middle school. She brought to these tasks and responsibilities both strategic thinking and planning, and the day to day management of a hands on operational supervisor, in an 11 million dollar organization. Technically, she is on top of and ahead of the curve, in updating, automating and making effective the human resources systems. Rosa is truly a consummate professional, a true business partner with great people skills in excess and abundant human resources technical proficiency. She is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management Association, the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resource Association, and the Project Management Institute. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources from Bellevue University in NE.
