Due to the high number of applicants applying for each job vacancy advertised a high number of people are currently unemployed. With experts warning that there could be a double-dip recession emerging higher unemployment rates are to be expected. Long-term unemployment isn’t unheard of nowadays and can have devastating financial and emotional effects on many individuals and their families. This can be an extremely stressful time and could even lead to feelings of depression.

If you’re currently unemployed and worrying about the future, you need to ensure that you minimize your unemployment stress in order to remain confident and increase your chances of getting hired.
