Following companies is such a powerful new feature on LinkedIn. It is more than just your way of keeping up to date with linkedIn it is also a way of doing research on who is also interested in that company, who works at that company, and you you may want to try and become connected with.

In a free online training course I show people the 8 foundations of networking and how to develop your LinkedIn profile, this gets you started with making LinkedIn work for you.
