    WeFollow is a good site for finding folks and running through lits, but I find that some of their rankings are not very accurate. Specifically I think their Timeliness (recent & frequency) is not really adjusted for. But, a VERY good list. You also might want to look at MrTweet, Twitter Grader, and other evaluation services.
