Chelmsford, MA – November 2, 2009 – New England Job Show (NEJS) announces that on November 6, 2009, they will begin a pilot program with the Career Center of Lowell.
In this pilot program, Career Center of Lowell clients will participate in a simulated job interview which will be professionally recorded on video by a New England Job Show volunteer. In preparation for the interview, the interviewee will work with a NEJS coach who will help them polish their responses to the interviewer’s questions. In this 90 second simulated job interview, participants will tell perspective employers about themselves, about an achievement that they are particularly proud of and about the type of job they are seeking. Participation in this pilot program is voluntary.
This professional produced and edited video will be returned to the interviewee giving them another tool to utilize as they pursue their next career opportunity. This video recording is a creative way to set oneself apart from all the other job seekers vying for that same position.
