Chelmsford, MA – September 29, 2009 – New England Job Show announces that later this Fall, they will join forces with Harbor Homes Inc. of Nashua NH.

In support of Harbor Homes’ commitment to empower individuals towards self-sufficiency and integration into the community, the New England Job Show will conduct a recording session at the Harbor Homes headquarters in downtown Nashua. During this recording session, individuals that are working with Harbor Homes to find employment will have the opportunity to showcase their job skills in a 30 second personalized E-Pitch video. Once edited, the 30 second personalized E-Pitch video can be used as a tool during their job search.

Harbor Homes, Inc. of 45 High Street in Nashua NH has been providing quality residential and supportive services for persons (and their families) living with a variety of challenges often leading to homelessness. For nearly thirty years the agency has provided housing, as well as helping individuals in the community learn skills such as resume writing and computer training. Since 2004, Harbor Homes has been providing programs to enable honorably discharged homeless veterans to become self-sufficient and update their skills to find employment. During the past year Harbor Homes created a supportive employment program to provide more opportunities for the unemployed to find a strong work match. This collaboration with New England Job Show will provide another tool for those seeking employment in these challenging economic times.
